- Free 48-Hour Tracked Delivery: Orders placed by 5:00 PM, Sunday through Friday, are dispatched promptly and typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

Please note that orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed on Sunday and delivered by Monday. Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

General Return Policy

Damaged Items

We package orders carefully in an effort to ensure that your items are protected in transit. In the event that an item arrives broken or otherwise damaged, you may return it for a full refund to be issued in the original form of payment. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of return and may take up to two billing cycles to post, depending on payment method.
